Planning is “my thing”…I’m a planner by nature! I keep calendars everywhere I go, and each one has a specific purpose. When I decided that I was going to start on this weight loss journey I had to figure out a way to keep myself on track…I tried many different methods until I came to the conclusion that I could plan my way to success!

Since I decorate my planner each week with a new theme, I went out and purchased fitness stickers and stickers with motivational quotes. I bought the stickers as a way to track myself daily and hold myself accountable.
I’m sure when people look at my planner they just see stickers; however, there is a method to where I place the stickers! For instance, starting the week is easier than finishing my week off. By the end of the week I am over EVERYTHING literally, so it’s easier to fall off the wagon.
Each week I start off my week on Monday and I weigh myself. Usually I do this before I get in the shower. I track the number on an app on my phone so I can transfer it without forgetting (just in case I want to forget)…
I place motivational quotes by my days…this helps to keep me motivated throughout the week.
At the end of each month is a blank page for notes; however, each week I tape a weekly meal schedule to a page, this page is a way to track and hold myself accountable.
I have a sticker on Monday that is labeled with the days of the week, this sticker serves as an alli® weight loss aid reminder…so I can stay on track with my weight loss capsules.
