The Crayola Experience {Orlando, Florida}, was absolutely amazing! I have been trying to get to the Crayola Experience for a couple of years. The closest location to us in Pennsylvania. We were planning to go in 2020, however, the world was shut down. This summer we were finally able to get out of town for a little over a week and enjoy some of the sights around Orlando, Florida!
During this visit to Orlando, we knew we weren’t going to be able to visit Disney. But we knew there are a ton of attractions to see and Crayloa was high on our list!
Crayola Experience has 5 locations: Easton, PA; Orlando, FL; Mall of America, MN; Plano, TX and Chandler, AZ
The Orlando, Crayola Experience is located inside The Florida Mall! This family attraction for ages 3-10 years old, or if you have a Crayola Lover (any age will work, because I loved the entire experience)!
This is a very hands on attraction that Crayola can create, designed to be a full day of hands-on creative play and colorful fun! Discover the magic of color with 27 hands-on attractions. More than 70,000 square feet of wonderful, whimsical adventures await your family at this one-of-a-kind attraction!
One of our favorite parts when we first entered was creating our own crayons!
We created our own crayons based on our favorite colors, and somehow we ended up with an extra token and we created a family crayon!
Bluetiful – the world’s largest Crayola crayon weighing 1,352 pounds and 15.6 feet long!!!
We had come from our Church Convention, so the kids didn’t get a chance to play in the Color Playground but the kids. The 2-story climber where they can wiggle up a melted wax tower, then bounce and splat across our paint bridge.
DJ loved the arcade area…but what boy doesn’t! He used his last tokens to play some of the games. It was a little disappointing that all of the games weren’t working. But we made the best of it!
With the purchase of your ticket, you receive a free Scribble Scrubbie! This attraction was perfect because it gave us a chance to sit and color, scrub and play with your FREE Scribble Scrubbie! Darrick and I colored ours, but the kids colored and scrubbed their Scribble Scrubbie multiple times!
Overall, I really liked The Crayola Experience! If you are a family that loves hands on attractions, and arts and crafts this is the attraction for you! We are a family that has family coloring times, so this was perfect for us! We spent about 2.5-3 hours there, and after we went into the mall and spent a couple of hours there! The Florida Mall is HUGE so this is definitely a trip that you can schedule out a full day for if you’re planning on doing some shopping afterward!
Tickets: General Admission Tickets were $24.99 because we purchased the tickets online
When we got to the mall we actually had lunch first and I purchased the tickets from my phone while sitting in the food court! I only had to show my receipt when we arrived to The Crayola Experience! If you’re looking for an inexpensive attraction to visit in Orlando, The Crayola Experience is it!!! Lots of fun, but not the hefty price tag of some of the other attractions!
