Looking for a last minute idea for your holiday weekend! For your 21 and older crowd, they will love Electric Blue Lemonade Shooters! These are perfect for this weekend, however, change the color of the sprinkles and they will be great for a random weekend or a special event! I have never liked straight liquor shots, but if you add some flavoring to them, I may be more likely to try them!
Electric Blue Lemonade Shooters are perfect! They don’t have a hard liquor taste to them, more of a balance of lemonade and liquor!
If this is a last minute recipe, you’re in luck there are only a few ingredient that you will need to create Electric Blue Lemonade Shooters! No one will ever know if this is something that you create on the fly! If I were making this last minute I would only have to pick up the vodka and lemonade…everything else I keep on hand just in case I need to make pretty drinks for the kids!
How to make Electric Blue Lemonade Shooters
Electric Blue Lemonade Shooters
Ingredients
- Calypso Blue Ocean Lemonade
- Red Whites & Berry Vodka
- Cherries
- Patriotic Sprinkles
- Corn Syrup or Honey
Instructions
- Take a shot glass and dip the rim in either corn syrup or honey.
- Dip glass in the sprinkles (corn syrup/honey will act as a glue).
- Fill half the shot glass with vodka.
- Top off with Calypso Blue Ocean Lemonade
- Garnish with cherries.
- ENJOY!!!!
My husband and I can’t wait to try more flavors of this recipe! Once we create the next one I will be sure to share it! I’m a huge fan of Peach Lemonade, so I think these shooters will work perfectly with peach flavored lemonade! Also, if you aren’t a fan of regular sprinkles, you can use blue sugar crystals as an alternative for the rim of your Electric Blue Lemonade Shooters.
