I am a person that loves “finger foods” or “appetizers”…I like having a mixture on my plate to enjoy when I am at an event or party. The Superbowl was a couple of weeks ago and I tried a spin on an old recipe. It is even a party if there is no Rotel Dip present? I made Rotel Dip with Taco Seasoning and it was a HIT amongst the family! If you have tortilla chips and cheese, it’s pretty much a hit with my family, but if you add a little bit extra it gave the dip a kick they didn’t even know they needed!
Rotel Dip with Taco Seasoning
There are only 5 ingredients for the Rotel Dip with Taco Seasoning, so this should be easy for anyone to make! I love the fact that these are ingredients that I usually keep in my pantry, so if I need to make a quick dip I am usually prepared! Tortilla Chips, and cans of Rotel stay in rotation at my house.
It all comes together so beautifully! I must admit I have been making regular Rotel Dip for a long time. Sometimes I would make it with meat, and sometimes I don’t. But this kick of Taco Seasoning takes it to another level! You will absolutely LOVE this if you are a fan of Rotel Dip! If your husband is a fan of Rotel Dip and the basketball tournament coming up at the end of the month, I highly suggest adding this to the menu because he will love this, and if you do a party for the Big Tournament, you should definitely add this to your menu!
