We are busy year around, but for some reason, in the Fall my family is always on the road! Now I am not complaining because this girl is ALWAYS up for a road trip! I don’t know if it’s because we traveled by car most of my childhood but I always get a rush when it’s time to go on a road trip! From packing our clothes to packing snacks for the car; I think packing snacks for the car has to be one of my favorite things to do! I sometimes pack snacks for the car even if we aren’t going out of town. Having little children, its always a great idea to have the snacks they like in the car at all times, just in case someone gets hungry and we aren’t by a store, or to prevent a meltdown…this Mama always comes prepared!
Along with packing my children snacks I always throw in a couple of items for my husband and me!
Prior to tasting Vermont Smoke & Cure Meat Sticks, I always kept meat sticks in our snacks packs for us. They’re a good source of protein when you need a boost, however, after tasting Vermont Mini’s…we are forever converted! My family LOVES this brand of meat sticks!
We have tried 4 of the 8 flavors they have available! And I can’t wait to try the rest of the flavors! Although I love them all, I think the BBQ Beef is my favorite flavor so far!
Packing our Snacks…
I think I am raising little road trip experts because when they see me packing our snacks the immediately start asking questions! This pack included a little bit of everything; from fruit to Virginia Smoke & Cure meat sticks. I added cheese and crackers in case you want to eat them along with the meat sticks, candy, and fruit! There is really something for each one of us to have in this pack.
What I Love about Vermont Smoke & Cure…
I love Vermont Smoke & Cure meat sticks is that they are meat raised free of antibiotics or added hormones, vegetarian fed and gluten-free! I also love that I can put the mini-sticks in a snack pack lunchbox or even in my purse.
