The first couple of weeks of school are pure craziness. I usually tell myself that we are going to get our lives after labor day…well really the week following Labor Day. I mean lets be real about it, we have been on Summer Break since May 25-August 24, its going to take a couple of weeks to get back into the full routine of going to school, going to work, going to therapy after work. Its a lot and I don’t bounce back into the routine right away.
Today I am sharing some quick recipes that can be made in a short amount of time for your family! I know we all get bored easily with the same meals. These meals can be added into your regular rotation of week-day meals that your family will love!

What are some of your go to meals for the school week? Do you like to prepare meals that take 30-Minutes or Less or do you cook whatever you have a taste for?
I usually fall somewhere in between, however, on the weekend I like to prepare a couple of meals so during the week the food is already prepared when we get home. This helps with keeping the children on schedule. I sometimes cook that day if I know it’s something that won’t take long to prepare.
