Honestly, I am late to the game when it comes to baking cookies during the holiday! When we prepped for the Holidays when we were younger we would buy our favorite cookies for Santa which usually fell into the category of Oreos or Archway Oatmeal; now that I am adult I realize that those were Santa’s (my dad) favorite cookies! My mom loved to cook but baking wasn’t really her favorite thing to do!
