As I counted down the days until Emma went back to school, my mama anxiety has already set in. I recently had a dream that we woke up late, and I sent her to school with no supplies.
However, this isn’t really possible because we take her supplies to school during Open House, which was 2 days before school actually starts!
Emma started school Thursday and we have been grinding trying to get back into the routine of things. A couple of days ago we went school shopping to buy supplies and clothes. I also stopped by the store to purchase a few items for the kids lunches and snacks.

Once school starts, a couple of days a week we go from school to home to eat quickly and then head back out to therapy. I pair the warm pizza with fruit and she is good to go until dinnertime. I have also heated it up and put it in a container for her to eat while riding in the car…
