Choosing the best bottle for your baby is a pretty big deal! With Emma our process was a little different; since she had a cleft lip and palate we used the best bottle that she could feed from. With Douglass we had a chance to try regular bottles on him to see which he fed well from. I couldn’t wait to try out the Minbie on Douglass because of the shape of the teat. Minbie has a teat designed to support your newborn’s instinctive breastfeeding technique.
Check out the design below…
What I have noticed with Douglass is when I switch up his bottle or nipple he knows right away! However, he was sleepy and I decided to test out this bottle on him and he drank from it right away! In my eyes…that means that he likes it because if he didnt you would know right away! He loved it and drank like a champ!
Pros of the Minbie Bottle…
Minbie provides a high quality feeding experience that aides in the nurturing of the baby’s feeding, natural jaw and digestive development.
Anti-Colic…sustainable latch and good venting
Anti-Reflux…Allows baby to control the feed rate
Would I Suggest It…
Overall I liked the Minbie and I would suggest this bottle to moms of breastfeeding babies! Even though I am no longer breastfeeding from what I can see this bottle teat would’ve been a great choice when I would supplement with formula. Minbie is made to support the breastfeeding technique.
