So I started this post last week but the week got away from me and I never had the chance to get it posted…so here are my results for my Weight Watchers weigh in from last week.

That may not sound like a lot to you but I feel like I am finally making some progress! I made better choices in my eating and I walked a little more than I usually do. This was a great kickstart for the week!
Also, my husband bought me a bike!!! I got it earlier last week, we rode bikes around our complex the first day…I was SOOOOOOO tired but it was a good tired! I woke up SUPER sore too…but Im not complaining I cant wait to get back out there! This week is pretty busy but I plan to get out there soon. I had a lot of fun with my sister and her family on our bikes this weekend, we all played outside like little kids. We had all the bikes out of my parents garage and we walked and rode bikes!
So this week I have been trying to only eat one BIG meal a day…and make my other meals full meals but not as much food (if that makes sense)! Basically, make better choices…if I have a heavy lunch let that be the only heavy meal I have during a day…make sure my dinner is something light!
Slowly I am making progress and thats okay with me that its not a fast process but I have to make sure I stay with this pace! I actually thought I gained the weight back that I lost the previous week because it was my birthday and I indulged in all kinds of goodies!
