Monday was my weigh-in day for Weight Watchers…and I got up and did what I was supposed to do!
And………
Well I am up 1.4lbs…BOOO Carissa!!!
Im trying not to be extra hard on myself but I had to give myself a “talk”…yes I want drastic changes but I dont do well with changing everything all at once.
I started this week with my small changes…
I bought a bottle to get my water intake up…I usually drink a lot of water but I have been slacking. I bought a new 32oz water bottle in Pink…
Nalgene Tritan Wide Mouth Water Bottle, 32oz – Blue
It comes in many different colors but I picked out the pink bottle (my favorite color), I picked this bottle with the Wide Mouth because its big enough to fit fruit and veggies in when I want to infuse my water! So far, So Good…I have been drinking my water like I am supposed to!!! And using the bathroom quite often (TMI…LOL)!!! I must admit I was pretty upset with myself the first day because I drank 2 of these bottles and noticed that I only went to the bathroom a couple of times, that is a sign to me that I wasnt hydrating my body like I am supposed to because it was soaking up all the water…
I also realized my biggest struggle is my portions…
I just put food on my plate, I dont measure it, nor do I pay attention to how much…the amount of food that goes on my plate is determined by how hungry I am. Occasionally, I have measured “dry food” like cereal…but other than that I dont (just being honest)…
Which led me to this…

I’m waiting for this product to come in…I feel like I should see some changes in myself once I can control my portions! It will help me decrease the amount of food that my body wants. This is something I REALLY struggle with so I am looking forward to this!
Next I will be working on getting some exercising in…we took a walk one day and another day my husband and I walked through one of the largest malls in the city (it helped me get in steps because being at home I dont always get my steps in) but we are going to start running together and with a running group on Saturday mornings (remember I said I always wanted to be a runner)!!!
Also, if I can track my food better on my Weight Watchers app…I have even set up reminders but I still don’t do what I am supposed to (Go Figure!)!!!
Im going to do this…by ANY means necessary!!!
Also, since I had a BIG lunch (gotta work on this)…I had a vegetarian night two nights in a row!
Goals for Next Week…
Make Sure I am tracking my Weight Watchers points
Keep drinking my water
Plan AHEAD
