These are all things that go on during this month, however, what isn’t passed around enough is the information stressing the importance of doing self examinations at home EVERY month.
I admit I fall short of this myself, I usually check but I should probably get on regular schedule! I posted this picture last year and I will keep posting it until we examining ourselves regularly!
