**I was invited to Cedar Point with free tickets, No other Compensation was received**
I am officially playing catch up with the blog! I was a very busy lady last week! I had the opportunity to go to HalloWeekends at Cedar Point! I was very excited because I’ve never been before!
Darrick and I took our nephew and cousin with us! They are teenagers and they LOVED it!!! I told them a couple days in advance and my nephew asked me daily if I seriously taking him…
While picking up our tickets I saw this display and fell in LOVE! For Halloween I usually just put up pumpkins and stuff, more for Thanksgiving. But I would so decorate my house around this display it was so cute!
Around the park there were all kinds of Halloween Displays….
This thing really scared me because I was SURE it was going to jump up and come running at me (yes, I am scary like that) …
But he didnt he just woke up and grumbled a little (whew, THANK GOD)!!!
This was one of my favorite parts…The Skeleton Crew
They danced then they would fall down on the trampoline and pop back up!!
Soooo remember me saying how SCARY I am…so I am walking and turn around and this guy is walking behind me! I SCREAM…Darrick cracks up laughing!!
My assistant Darrick (the husband) took his picture!
He said he was late for surgery…so I guess he was on his way here (below).
When we first got in the park we let the kids go off to ride the roller coasters…we had a meeting spot and time set up. But as we were walking through the park they called and wanted to go through the “CarnEvil” it was a Hunted Carnival. We all got together and basically I ran the entire time because once one person scared me I was a target and all the characters were at me. Darrick was laughing to hard to help me so I eventually grabbed my nephew and walked VERY close to him!
After I was scared to death at the CarnEvil, it was time to get something to eat. Darrick saw a sign for Famous Daves (WE LOVE FAMOUS DAVES) and we snuck off for a quick date night! We sat and ate before the kids missed us…
I must say this was a great experience!! I have never been to the amusement park at the beginning of Fall. It was very chilly but once you started walking around and riding the rides you didnt notice! It was fun to be there at night with all the Halloween themes, hopefully we can go back next year and bring the little one with us if its not too cold!
Thank You Bryan and Cedar Point for this Opportunity!!!
