Describe a typical day in your current life
I usually wake up around 7am, if no one is up yet I try to get up and pray and blog/or work on stuff for my blog. I cook breakfast for all of us, I then wake Emma up because she will sleep all morning if you let her. Then after breakfast we all get dressed and Darrick goes to work and Emma and I run errands or do whatever we have planned for the day. If Emma has doctors appointments usually I get up and get ready for the appointments and breakfast is on the go. Naptime for Emma is around 12:30/1:00pm, while she is sleeping I try to get stuff done around the house, cleaning, cooking, or blogging. I usually stop by my parents house daily, and during that time Emma visits with the family then we come home for dinner if she doesn’t eat dinner over there. Somewhere in there we usually do bath-time we read books, play together on the floor with her toys…she has been going to be between 8-9pm. Then from there I chill out and wait for Darrick to get home and I watch TV or blog if I didn’t get a chance to earlier in the day! Once Darrick gets home we usually talk about his work day, what Emma and I did all day, and our schedule for the next day. We usually talk about our schedules in the morning as well in case we need to be together to get something done, or if one person is handling something and the other is taking Emma. This is my daily routine…it varies from day to day but I do some form of this stuff daily!
