Since it is Week #4, our topic is Favorite 4 (its Friday morning but I am still participating)!!!
1. Project MILF Ladies
Reading these post on a weekly basis help to keep me motivated. And it reminds me when I am getting ready to eat something that I shouldnt be that I am held accountable for my actions!
2.Water
YES…this week I have been trying to do better with drinking water. When I was working it was so easy to only drink water, but since I am at home I notice that I drink more juice so I have been forcing myself to get a glass or bottle of water when I am thirsty!
3. Daily Fruit Smoothies
Darrick and I purchased the Magic Bullet a month ago or so…and since then we have been drinking smoothies every morning. I just feel 100% better about myself when we drink them. It has been a great way to start your day. And plus I dont each as many veggies as I should so this helps me in that area!
Each morning the smoothies consists of a banana, spinach, frozen fruit trio (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) or (strawberries, blueberries, and mango) and green tea (Yogi-Blueberry Slim Life). We just bought a new bag of frozen fruit (stawberries, pineapple, peaches, mango, and grapes)
4.Planner
I bought a planner (you know that addiction I have to planners) that is only month views. This is helping me to stay organized and on track with different goals that I have!
**Overall this week wasnt horrible! I wasnt feeling well some of the days, and Emma has an ear infection so we were pretty much in the house all week with the exception of a few errands we had to run!
I know I was supposed to do all of this on Thursday but I just didnt have time…so yes, I am still also linking up on the “Almost Friday Thursday Blog Hop” on Friday! LOL!!! (Living on the Edge…LOL)
