#Project MILF Updates
Original Goals…
-Lose some Weight
-Practice better time management
-Stop waiting until the last minute to complete my assignments
-FINISH this Master’s this year (dont drop ANY classes)…Completion at the End of the Year
-Get organized and Stay that Way
How did I do…
Well actually I am doing a lot better than I thought I was doing…I forgot to post this yesterday then I was thinking that I was all over the place but I’m not!
-I actually lost a few lbs, every morning I have been drinking smoothies with Spinach and Fruit, so I have been doing a lot better at getting all my veggies in
-I still need to incorporate exercising back in…I fell off when our TV went out but once we were back up and going I didn’t jump back in
-I got my assignment done on time and I have already started prepping and working on next week’s assignments (I have a few so I may be away for a few days)
Plan for Next Week…
To eat more meals that consist of just veggies
Continue on the same path for school
Start back exercising in the morning
