I love when the kiddies dress up for Halloween! I know a lot of people dont let their children celebrate the holiday-but when you do it for the sole purpose of having fun and not worshipping the devil I dont have a problem with it! I remember when I first talked to Darrick about Emma’s costume, he said he wasnt really into Halloween…and I explained that I wanted her to experience dressing up and having fun! Even with my family we were never allowed to dress as anything gothic, or anything related to the devil-but I dont think we ever wanted to dress up as any of those things either.
This year since it was Emma’s 1st Halloween…I dressed her as an Elephant!
I found this costume at Carter’s!!! And I was able to get it on sale too! I noticed that the animal costumes were the popular costumes, so I found this one and LOVED IT!

You get what I am saying!! He is very over the top with his Halloween Costumes! LOL!
Overall the kids had a good time at the church for Halloween! They ate, and got candy bags…and they even had a few greeks show up and step for the kids!
Well now that Halloween is over…its on to Thanksgiving and Christmas (my favorite time of the year)…
