I’ve been up since 4am, so what better time to try out a blog app from my phone!
Yesterday was crazy! We took Emma to the doctors for what we thought was a cold, she started wheezing so they gave her a breathing treatment and sent us on our way! They ordered a breathing machine to come to the house so we went home to wait…
while we were waiting for them her breathing got VERY short! Of course I go into panic mommy mode and we rushed her to emergency! I run in with her in my arms, and just start talking…they told me to have a seat I said this cant wait we need to be seen NOW!!! So one of the registration ladies totally understood me, she took her name and found a nurse! They got us in and did one breathing treatment followed by a couple more…finally Emma’s breathing went back to normal!
We found out later she has Bronchitis! Basically, it’s a cold for adults but since she is so little it affects her bronchial tubes. I just woke her up and changed her diaper, fed her, and gave her a breathing treatment…she’s still breathing a little hard but that’s expected with all the congestion!
I saw all of this to say if you have a little one and they have a cold please try to catch it right away you don’t want it turning into bronchitis!!!!
